dcmqi (DICOM for Quantitative Imaging) is a free, open source library that implements conversion of the data stored in commonly used research formats into the standard DICOM representation.
Specifically, the focus of dcmqi is to support conversion of the following data types to and from DICOM: voxel-based segmentations, parametric maps, and image-based measurements using DICOM Structured Reporting (SR).
